I am thing about getting a rifle built: either a 7mm Mauser or a Remington 280.

Where could I buy a good Mauser action ? What is the cost of a new Mauser action bought from Mauser?

This rifle will not remain in a gun case. It will be taken to the rifle range and fired at least once a month.

There is not a need for a high grade fancy finish on the rifle stock. it will only be damaged in fireing.

A nice finish on the stock and a very accurate rifle that is nice looking.

What is the cost ??
 Thank you, William DeVault

i am interested in a custom wood or laminate stock that some say cannot be made?, when i came across your site. What i am looking for is a stock to accomidate a mcmillian 50cal repeater reciever and barrel. I can find synthetic tactical or competition stocks but its not what im looking for. Im interested in a piece that looks like a hunting rifle, maybe alittle oversized to house the 50cal but, a hunting rifle complete with pistol grip monte carlo style cheek rest and checkering. As far as wood im looking for something NICE. A piece of exhibition grade walnut or better. Any info, advise, or if interested in crafting such a piece please contach me thank you for your time.

Dear Sir,
I just found your website while I doing my research about the Custom-made Stocks for rifles, I saw the pictures of your work, and I would like to tell you how much I like your
well- crafting wooden stocks.
Personally I'm left-handed shooter; however, I'm wondering if you do ambidextrous fully adjusted stocks to fit shooters needs, the right & left hand on the same level?
Because most likely… rifle owners will share their fun with their right-handed friends either in the shooting range or hunting seasons; therefore, I thought it would be really a great idea to have an ambidextrous Rifle.

Sincerely yours,
